Launching of District Website of Bishnupur, Manipur on S3WaaS

Shri Dr. J Suresh Babu, IAS Chief Secretary, Manipur officially launched the newly revamped website of Bishnupur District on 25th July 2018 at the Chief Secretary office in the presence of officials of the State. The newly migrated site of the district is based on the S3WaaS platform (Secure, Scalable and Sugamya Website as a Service). The site is bi-lingual both in English and Manipuri and can be reached at https://bishnupur.nic.in . It has responsive design and is in compliance with GIGW (Guidelines for Indian Government Websites) standard web site norms and robust security standards.
The portal highlight tourist places of the district, culture and heritage, citizen services, directory, Media gallery etc which would certainly be useful for the citizen and tourists.
The website has been developed on S3WaaS platform by NIC Bishnupur team comprising of T. Shantikumar Singh, DIO and Ms. Romita Rajkumari, ADIO under the guidance of S3WaaS Team at NIC(HQ), New Delhi and Shri Vinod Kumar Garg, DIO Hamirpur.
Shri Pawan Yadav, Deputy Commissioner appreciated NIC team for making a bilingual website and requested district officials to enrich the site with citizen beneficial contents.
Additional Chief Secretary Letkhogin Haokip, Director General of Police LM Khaute, State Informatics Officer, NIC Manipur Kh. Rajen Singh, Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Commissioners, Sub-Divisional Officers, Bishnupur and DIO/NIC among others attended the programme.
