Training programme “Students’ Online Enrollment System 2.0”

    A training programme on the web application “Students’ Online Enrolment System 2.0” was conducted successfully by NIC Manipur, Education Team from 4th August 2019 to 14th August 2019 in collaboration with Council of Higher Secondary Education Manipur (COHSEM). The first day of the training was for the master trainers along with the staff of COHSEM on the different features and roles of the users in the web-application. The Nodal Officer of COHSEM, Shri O. Bhubaneswor Singh, Dy Secretary (ACA-II) and the master trainers identified viz. – Shri P. Somorjit, Shri L. Niran kumar and Shri T. Angangcha were given intensive training to enable them to further clear the doubts and issues of the school authorities whenever arises.
    Further, 216 participants from the Schools under COHSEM, attended the one-day training programme organised in a phase-wise manner from 6th August 2019 to 14th August 2019. The training activities was divided into 3(three) sessions – (i) PPT presentation, (ii) Demonstration on the live application and (ii) a Hands-on training.
    The purpose of the training was to introduce the enhanced features in the new system for enrolment and registration of Classes XI and XII student, and to acquaint the school users with the operation and enable them to use the system with ease.
    In addition to the earlier system, enhanced features added and covered during the training are –

    • Online data entry for both Class XI and XII
    • Edit and Delete module
    • Payment module (online e-payment and offline in cash).
    • Dashboard.
    • Search Module (Student by Name/ Address/ Enrollment Number).
    • Free Structure (Add/ View).
    • User Profile updation.
    • Password Reset module (OTP through email).
    • Responsive Web Design.
    • User feedback.
    • Sitemap – for easy access of the application by user.
